In these uncertain times, we wanted to reach out to you personally about what we are doing here at Solare Hotels & Resorts Co, to support you and your travel plans.

As the situation around novel coronavirus continues to evolve, we are doing everything we can to ensure your travel safety and provide maximum flexibility.
What we are doing for your travel safety.
As it has always been, the safety and security of our guest and staff remains our highest priority. We think maintain the highest of cleanliness and hygiene.


●We have taken additional installed disinfection ethanol
●We have been continuously increasing our protocols in sanitizing surfaces throughout locations, including elevator, public toilet, escalator, wearing masks as well as other procedures to serve you with health and safety always in mind.
●We have increased the antibacterial hand sanitizers in the hotel.
●In order to anti infect the coronavirus, all staff must check health condition and fever before start work and wear masks during work and private, as well as wash hand constantly.
●We ask staff bar access to not necessary business trip, meeting, event, travelling overseas, work out at Gym.
●We ask staff stay home, not necessary and un-immediate go out.
●We ask our staff and guest to use social distancing guidelines while in the hotel by allowing at least 2 meters of space between each person.

We respectfully ask guest use disinfection ethanol and wear masks as much as possible when you are in the hotel.
