*When used as a meeting room; full day is: 9:00 to 21:00
minimum 2 hours, additional time charged per hour every hour after two hours.
*When used as a banquet room;
up to two hours free of charge. Additional hours will be calculated and charged per hour.
*When used for an exhibition;
minimum one-day rental (9:00-21:00)
Room rate for loading in and setting up an exhibition after 21:00 (previous day) up to 24:00 will be 50% of room rate. Electricity costs for equipment other than what is already installed will be charged separately. Please refer to the exhibition management rules and regulations of the hotel.
