Solare Hotels & Resorts has among its organization a number of staff members who specialize in working with agencies. These agents cooperate with Japan's leading travel agencies and airlines, as well as small and medium-sized individually operated agencies to support sales at each type of hotel in our network.
In addition to corporate lodging agreements, Solare focuses on sales that target corporate incentive and training travel plans, international conferences, international expositions and symposia?the so-called MICE trade (for meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions). We have staff specializing in corporate sales to companies throughout Japan, as well as overseas. These personnel can make a major contribution to hotel performance.
AS Welfare Programs
Through organizations such as Benefit One, Relo Club and Anshin-Zaidan, we leverage trust in the Solare brand in our sales to the corporate welfare departments of small, mid-sized and leading companies, promising comfort to their guests. In this manner, Solare assists sales efforts, particularly at resort hotels.
Solare provides sales support for guests arriving from overseas through efforts targeting major international markets, centering on South Korea and including China, Europe and the United States. We take advantage of GDS, a reservation system that supplies hotel reservation information from a global perspective, to cover a broad range of bases.
Our sales staff in offices throughout Japan check information about sporting and other local events, supporting sales efforts targeting various groups.
