Chisun Inn Kamata Joins the Solare Hotels & Resorts Franchise2012.06.18

(Tokyo—June 20, 2012) Solare Hotels & Resorts Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & CEO: A.G. Virili; www.solarehotels.com/english/) announces that Chisun Inn Kamata (Location: Ota Ward, Tokyo: Manager: Ryouei Nakayama) will join its franchise, effective July 1, 2012, becoming the franchise’s 75th hotel in Japan. Reservations will be accepted from June 13 via the Solare Hotels & Resorts website, at http://www.solarehotels.com/chisun/inn-kamata/.

One of four “Chisun Hotel” brands, Chisun Inn properties are characterized by the keywords “simple, speedy and pleasant” and focus on providing functional lodging at a reasonable price. Of the 44 Chisun Hotels throughout Japan, 33 bear the Chisun Inn brand.

Chisun Inn Kamata, which will become the 34th Chisun Inn, will continue operating as the Hotel Urban Kamata Annex through the end of June 2012, commencing operations under management by Solare Hotels on July 1. The hotel is only a two-minute walk away from the West Exit of Keihin Kyuko Kamata Station, and just seven minutes from the East Exit of JR Kamata Station. Proximity to Haneda Airport—11 minutes via direct express on the Keihin Kyuko line—provides convenient global access via the airport’s increasing number of international flights.

Boasting 70 rooms, the hotel’s design is streamlined and compact. Guest rooms are convenient to use, with double rooms providing 15m2 of space and twin rooms 27m2. Thanks to its easy access to Haneda Airport, the hotel serves as ideal location to stay on the night before a domestic or international flight.
