“TIA”

Inspired by the author Kazuhara Shima from Amakusa in Kumamoto Pref., and his book, “Tsuchi ni Inochi to Ai-arite” [Life and Love are in the Earth], and realizing that “Food is Life”, we have used this thinking as kindling to question the culinary culture as it is today. We have taken the first letters from "Tsuchi" [Earth], “Inochi” [Life], and “Ai” [Love], to create, “TIA”. Fresh organic vegetables grown without using chemical pesticides, spices without added chemicals or preservatives, or white sugar, are used for these healthy dishes with a taste of a mother's home cooking.
