Buffalo Mozzarella (Mozzarella cheese made from the water buffalo) is imported directly from a accredited organic market in Italy to the restaurant on a weekly basis. The selected cheese factory is located in the northern region of the state of Campagna which is known as The birth place of mozzarella cheese. Using milk from the water buffalo, which is the traditional method, is still kept to today. At our restaurant you will be able to taste the exquisite and fresh mozzarella cheese together with seasonal organic vegetables.
