About the Smileage Card

The Smileage Card offers an array of rewards designed specially for travelers.
Earn points with every hotel stay, and enjoy restaurant discounts and special packages for members only.
The program requires no registration fee or annual fee, and it extends beyond Solare Hotels & Resorts to other facilities, too.

Membership benefits

    Points redeemable
    The Smileage Card sets no minimum number of points redeemable. Earn one point for every 100 yen you spend, and then use one point as 1 yen. The program is ideal for frequent and occasional travelers alike.

    Discount services
    From hotels and restaurants to banquet halls and spas, Solare facilities offer an array of benefits and discounts for Smileage Card members. For details, please contact your preferred hotel.

    Special packages
    Solare Hotels & Resorts offers special discount packages for Smileage Card members only. Points are awarded even at the discount rate, making the packages perfect for both leisure and business stays.

    Early check-in, late check-out
    Smileage Card members have the privilege of requesting early check-in and late check-out. The offer is valid for reservations made directly via the Solare Hotels & Resorts website.

    Valid beyond Solare
    The Smileage Card program extends beyond Solare hotels, restaurants, and other facilities. Present your card to earn and use points also at partner facilities bearing the Symons sticker.

    Newsletters
    Solare Hotels & Resorts delivers newsletters full of information useful to Smileage Card members. Stay up to date on the latest hotel news and members-only campaigns and gifts.
    * Newsletters are issued in the Japanese language only.
  7. Notes on membership benefits

    • Points are awarded for online reservations made only via the Solare website.

    • Points are awarded for phone reservations even when member rates or discount coupons apply.

    • Points are awarded for dining at hotel restaurants and purchasing breakfast tickets. For details, contact each hotel.

    • Points are not awarded, in principle, for reservations made via a travel agency.

    • Points are not awarded at hotel kiosks or for massages or pay-TV charges.

    • Points are awarded for the use of certain hotel-specific facilities and services. For details, contact each hotel.

    • Points may be tracked on the Solare website about one month after membership registration. Until then, please direct inquiries to the Smileage Card Office.

    • Certain hotels of the Solare Hotels & Resorts chain do not award benefits.
